The Universidad del Salvador runs the Cátedra Irlandesa «Dermot Keogh» and a Diploma in Irish Studies, launched in August 2020, through its Escuela de Lenguas Modernas. The chair puts the Argentine-Irish community at close to 500,000 people. Ireland's Emigrant Support Programme paid USAL 5,515 euro in 2024 for an Irish Studies guest professorship and 1,667.67 euro in Irish Studies funding in 2025, alongside grants to the Universidad Nacional de La Pampa and the Universidad Nacional de Lanús.
