Embajada de la República Argentina en Irlanda
Status
Status: ActiveThe Embassy of the Argentine Republic in Ireland is at 15 Ailesbury Drive, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, and its consular district is the whole Republic of Ireland. Argentina opened its embassy in Dublin in 1948, replacing a consulate general set up decades earlier. Ambassador Ana Laura Cachaza heads the mission; in 2026 she attended the Longford Westmeath Argentina Society's annual asado and gave participants in the Longford and Westmeath oral history project copies of their interviews.
For Argentines in Ireland the Embassy offers passports, DNI updates, certificates, consular registration, nationality option and travel permissions for minors; for Irish citizens it issues the working holiday visa. Its site promotes tango in Ireland, listing Mala Junta Dublín and other teachers. In October 2026 its news page showed a 10 June 2026 Malvinas statement and consular notices, and its culture section held only generic text last updated on 29 January 2026.
